In the public school system, children with special needs can be overlooked, ignored, or even punished for their disabilities. Many families are uncertain about what they can ask for, and struggle to advocate for their children on their own.
Beginning with an initial consultation, I help parents and family members create a plan to ensure the school district prepares and implements a proper Individualized Education Plan (IEP). If the school district resists, I will diligently fight for their child's educational rights through the litigation process.
